A lifelong entrepreneur with deep experience in business management, Lee owned and operated one of Northeast Florida’s largest and most successful homebuilding companies: Panitz Homes. The family business, in which his wife Sandra also played a prominent role, was responsible for building hundreds of homes every year across Greater Jacksonville. In 1993, the couple sold their company to national builder Beazer Homes, where Lee remained as area President, and Sandra, VP of Sales & Marketing, for many years.
After transitioning out of the business, Lee and Sandra acquired Sunbelt Business Brokers of Jacksonville, helping facilitate the purchase and sale of businesses ranging from $1 million to $100 million. After selling the business to a long-term associate, Lee and Sandra embarked on a search for a new business where they could apply the same principles that made them so successful in homebuilding: operating a company that provides high-end, top-quality products backed by first-rate, no-excuses customer service, and industry-leading, lifetime warranty protection.
